For more than twenty-five years, my path has been guided by a living, direct, and intimate experience of the awakening of Kundalini – this divine life force, coiled at the base of the spine, which, when awakened, flows through the body and soul to bring us back to our original nature.
The rising of this sacred energy has profoundly transformed my being, triggering a series of intense, powerful, and sometimes destabilizing spiritual manifestations, yet always carrying healing, deconditioning, and elevation. Among the many symptoms of this awakening:
— Kriyas (spontaneous movements of the body),
— Mudras naturally formed by the hands,
— The head cracking open from the crown to the back of the skull to release a sacred oil,
— Intense heat in the hands and feet,
— Invisible stigmata in the hands, like a palpable energetic opening,
— The awakening of subtle perceptions, amplified awareness,
— And the ability to live solely on light, without physical food, for certain periods.
Since this opening, I feel that I am One with all things. My being has expanded beyond personal limits, allowing me to perceive life, experiences, and others with clarity and a broader vision, deeply connected to the Essence.
From a very young age, the Divine Presence held me in its arms. God, the Source, the Light – literally lifted me, touched me, adored me. I was penetrated, inhabited, and loved beyond any human form. This love called me to surrender everything to Grace, to follow the inner fire with complete fidelity.
Kundalini is not a concept; it is a living Fire. A Fire of pure Love that consumes all that is not true. It brings about the dissolution of the ego, the crossing of shadows, the integration of Light into the very cells of the body. It is a long process of inner alchemy, requiring patience, faith, listening, and presence.
Today, I give thanks for all these years of silent integration, purification, and elevation. I have learned to observe, to welcome, to force nothing. The energy of Kundalini has taught me to surrender to what Is, to let the light sculpt the being, to honor the Temple of the body as a sacred sanctuary.
This site is an offering. A space to share, witness, accompany, and inspire. May this light continue to awaken the hearts ready to remember.
