Today, even though I am capable of nourishing myself solely with light, I also choose to feed my body with living, vegan, raw food. I see food not only as a sacred act, a conscious gesture that honours life in its purest form, but also as an expression of care. I give great importance to the quality of the food I consume, favouring those that are conscious, full of vitality, and respectful of nature. My commitment to the living also extends to my sensitivity toward animals. I make it a priority to live in total respect of all forms of life, and each dietary choice reflects this commitment to prevent animal suffering. This is a fundamental principle of my practice, as I believe in the importance of harmony between humans, animals, and the planet.
With my life partner, Josëph Romüald Aloïs, who, from the moment we met, was already a pranic being capable of nourishing himself solely with light when he chooses, we practice a 40-day annual ritual—a period of purification and regeneration where we reconnect deeply with our inner source of energy. These 40 days are a time of spiritual renewal, a way to redefine our connection to light, to living food, and to the world around us.
This ritual is inspired by the life of Jesus, who spent 40 days in the desert in prayer, meditation, and fasting. This sacred retreat allows us to align with divine consciousness, not only through food, but also through prayer, meditation, and full awareness of our spiritual presence. This path is not merely a dietary choice but a journey toward total flourishing. We have learned to live in an amplified state of consciousness, where every gesture becomes an act of love and respect for life in all its forms. Thus, my way of life stands as a living testimony to the possibility of an existence nourished by light and consciousness, a journey toward authenticity and full health, in love and respect for the living world.
There exists a silent, secret, yet ancient path that is walked by souls ready to unite fully with the Source. A path without knife, fire, or stove. A path of Breath, Presence, and Divine Inspiration. It is called the pranic path, and those who follow it are sometimes called breatharians.
On this path of letting go, the body opens to another form of nourishment — prāṇa, the subtle life energy present in the air, the light, love, trees, and silence. It is not fasting or deprivation. It is a transmutation: moving from a world of matter to a subtler frequency, where light becomes substance, and union with Life becomes the only nourishment.
The breatharian does not live in refusal but in full reception. They do not reject the world or its pleasures, but discover that everything is already within. The Sun can nourish. The Breath can fill. Love can satisfy.
The road, the looks, and occasional judgments may seem harsh to one who lives this sacred choice. Yet, in the depths of inner silence, there is a stronger call: to return to essence, to purity, to connection.
This path requires humility, listening, and above all, inner guidance. It cannot be imitated; it can only inspire. Since each body is unique, each soul has its rhythm, and pranic nourishment can never be a performance — it is a state of being, an alignment, an offering.
In this way of life, the heart becomes a temple, and the breath, a prayer.
The cells awaken to another memory, a time when humans walked among the stars, free, radiant, and without dependence.
Water, Source of Life and Well-being
From a very young age, Joseph Romuald-Aloïs has always felt a deep and instinctive connection with water. Intuitively a water diviner, he knew how to find the purest sources and provide his family with exceptional water. Every drop given to his children carried careful attention and the intention to bring vitality and harmony to their bodies and minds. Water was not only a necessity but a true source of life, well-being, and positivity.
Over time, Joseph deepened his understanding of water and discovered the benefits of seawater, particularly Quinton water. Rich in essential minerals and perfectly balanced, this seawater offers natural rehydration and profound revitalization for the body. Today, Quinton water has become a central part of our daily rituals—a simple yet powerful way to support health, boost energy, and nourish both body and soul.
Through this practice, we recognize water as a precious gift from the Earth and the Ocean. Each sip is a moment of presence and gratitude, a reminder of its purity and essential role in supporting our well-being. It is a simple and natural connection to life, inviting us to receive water with respect and attention.
What is Quinton Water?
Quinton water, named after the French biologist René Quinton (1866–1925), is seawater harvested off the coast, rich in minerals and trace elements. It naturally reproduces the mineral composition of human blood plasma, making it perfectly assimilable by the body.
There are two main types:
Isotonic Quinton Water: This has a salinity close to that of human plasma. It is used to rehydrate, remineralize, and support overall body balance.
Hypertonic Quinton Water: More concentrated, it is used to stimulate and revitalize physiological functions, providing a strong supplement of essential minerals.
Quinton water is valued for its benefits on digestion, immunity, energy, recovery, and electrolyte balance. Its purity and mineral richness make it a therapeutic water that strengthens the body while respecting its natural rhythm.
